悬挂式双轨旋转台过轨仓储系统

Hanging turntable with dual-track rail-crossing storage system

悬挂式双轨旋转台过轨仓储系统由封闭式钢结构框架、位于框架结构交叉点上的旋转台以及承载发动机的悬挂小车组构成。旋转台上部与封闭式钢结构框架相连,下部旋转部分的轨道与框架的轨道对齐。电动旋转台可左右旋转90°,使下部双轨分别与钢结构框架内的十字形固定轨道对接,形成通路。手推小车每4个为一组,悬挂于两侧轨道下,4个手推小车通过悬杆和平衡梁连接为一体,吊运1台发动机,存放于此仓储系统中。

Hanging dual-track turntable storage system is composed of a closed loop steel frame,turntable located at the crossing point of the frame and a group of trolley which bear the engine.Upper part of the turntable is connected with the closed loop steel frame,while the turntable with dual-track at its lower part is in alignment with the rotation steel frame rail.Electric turntable can rotate 90 degrees in both of left or right directions so that the lower part dual-track will respectively abut on the cross fixed orbit in the steel frame,thus forming a pathway.Four manual trolleys are in one group with two of them hanged on both side tracks.These four manual trolley are connected together by hanging bars and balance beam as one unit,and lift up one engine and store it in this system.
