摘要
以4 000 t浮式起重机为例,介绍了旋转小车圆弧板的加工工艺方法,及加工中产生加工误差的原因,通过改变加工工艺及制作专门的加工工装,以此达到控制加工误差,保证加工精度及提高加工质量的目的。
Taking 4 000 t floating crane as an example,this paper introduces the processing techniques of rotating trolley arc plate,and the reason for the processing errors occurring during the process. Changing the processing techniques or making special processing equipment can realize the targets of controlling processing errors,ensuring the processing pre- cision and improving processing quality.
