摘要
目的观察分析七氟醚麻醉下瑞芬太尼抑制小儿切皮反应的血浆靶浓度。方法选取2009年2月~2011年2月收治的72例选择在全麻下手术的患儿为研究对象,按照ASA分级分为R1~5五组,分别给予七氟醚吸入进行麻醉诱导,观察小儿的切皮反应。结果 R1、R2、R3患儿在瑞芬太尼抑制切皮时躯体反应构成比比较存在明显差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;五组患儿在瑞芬太尼抑制切皮时心血管反应构成比比较有一定差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论七氟醚麻醉下瑞芬太尼抑制小儿切皮反应的躯体反应CP50为2.28ng/ml,95%的可信区间在1.91~2.58ng/ml;抑制小儿切皮反应的心血管反应CP50为2.88ng/ml,95%的可信区间在1.93~2.59ng/ml。
Objective To observe the analysis of sevoflurane in children under the skin incision reaction inhibition remifentanil target concentration in plasma. Methods Our hospital from February 2009 to February 2011,72 cases selected for surgery under general anesthesia in children, according to ASA classification is divided into R1~5 five groups were given sevoflurane for induction of anesthesia, according to Minto dynamic model of drug target-controlled infusion of remifentanil, observe the children's slice response. Conclusion Sevoflurane with remifentanil anesthesia in children with skin incision reaction of the body inhibit the response to CP50 as 2.28ng/ml, 95% confidence interval at 1.91 ~ 2.58 ng / ml; suppression of cardiovascular response in children with skin incision reaction CP50 to 2.88 ng / ml, 95% confidence interval at 1.93~2.59ng / ml.
