2型糖尿病病人心理健康干预研究

目的了解心理干预对2型糖尿病病人的心理健康状况的影响,为加强2型糖尿病病人的心理治疗提供理论依据。方法以症状自评量表(SCL-90)为研究工具,对来就诊的2型糖尿病病人进行心理干预研究,应用EpiData3.0软件建立数据库和SPSS16.0统计软件包进行统计分析。结果干预前各因子得分与我国成人常模比较,病人在总分(t=11.312,P=0.041)、总均分(t=12.114,P=0.026)和躯体化(t=13.364,P<0.01)、抑郁(t=12.361,P<0.01)、焦虑(t=9.661,P<0.01)、恐怖(t=6.532,P<0.01)这4个因子得分高于常模。干预后与我国成人常模比较,总分(t=11.703,P=0.041)和焦虑(t=9.170,P=0.013)、恐怖(t=7.714,P=0.033)、抑郁(t=11.844,P=0.027)、躯体化(t=13.364,P<0.01)这4个因子得分高于常模。干预前后各因子得分比较,焦虑(t=12.661,P<0.01)、抑郁(t=13.410,P<0.01)这2个因子得分明显降低;总分(t=7.105,P=0.053)、总均分(t=13.775,P=0.043)、躯体化(t=8.251,P=0.042)、恐怖(t=7.082,P=0.036)这4个因子得分也降低。结论经过心理干预后2型糖尿病病人的心理健康状况有明显的改善,主要表现在焦虑、抑郁、恐怖心理和躯体不适感的减轻。

Objective To know about the influence for psychological health status of patients after mental intervention study and to provide the theory basis for treatment of of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results The scores before intervened Compare with the norm of Chinese adult , those factors are statistically differences for aggregate score t=11.312 P =0.041, average value t=12.114, P=0.026,somatization t=13.364 P﹤0.01,depression t=12.361 P﹤0.01,anxiety t=9.661 P﹤0.01 ,terror t=6.532 P﹤0.01; The scores after intervened Compare with the norm of Chinese adult, those factors are statistically differences for aggregate score t=11.703 P=0.041, anxiety t=9.170 P =0.013, terror t=7.714 P=0.033, depression t=11.844 P=0.027, somatization t=13.364 P﹤0.01.The factors of after intervene compared with before, the score of anxiety t=12.661 P﹤0.01 and depression t=13.410 P﹤0.01 reduced statistically significant differences; The scores of aggregate score t=7.105, P=0.053, average value t=13.775 P =0.043,somatization t=8.251 P=0.042 and terror t=7.082 P=0.036 also reduced statistically differences. Conclusion The health status of patients have improved After psychological intervention and mainly reflected in those respects of anxiety, depression, terror and somatization.
