摘要 研究了磷矿中伴生重稀土的硝酸浸出与萃取。考察了温度、硝酸浓度、时间、液固比等因素对重稀土浸出率的影响。重稀土浸出的适宜条件为:45%HNO3、60℃、液固比2.5、浸出时间90min,此条件下重稀土浸出率达99%、萃取率98.5%、总回收率可达97.5%,磷矿的分解率均大于98%。 Leaching and solvent extraction of heavy rare earth elements(HREE) from phosphate rock with nitric acid were studied.The effects of temperature,nitric acid concentration,time,and liquid-to-solid ratio on HREE leaching rate were studied.The optimum conditions for leaching HREE include 45% HNO3,60 ℃,ratio of liquid to solid of 2.5,and leaching time of 90 min.Under these conditions,HREE leaching rate and solvent extraction rate are 99% and 98.5% respectively,and the total recovery of HREE is up to 97.5%.The decomposition percentage of phosphate rock is higher than 98%.
