摘要
目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)在脑出血中的临床意义。方法对251例经头颅CT证实脑出血的住院患者的血清同型半胱氨酸值进行测定。结果脑出血患者中大部分血清同型半胱氨酸较正常值明显升高,具有临床意义。结论血清同型半胱氨酸在脑出血疾病的诊断和治疗中有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the serum homocysteine （ Hcy ） in the cerebral hemorrhage and its clinical significance. Methods 251 patients with CT scan confirmed cerebral hemorrhage patients serum homocysteic acid value determination. Results Most of the patients with cerebral hemorrhage serum homocysteine values significantly higher than normal, with clinical significance. Conclusion Serum homocysteine in the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage and treatment are important.
