护理干预对未婚异位妊娠患者心理影响的研究

目的探讨未婚异位妊娠的心理状况,为心理支持提供依据,制定护理措施。方法 2009年1月～2011年6月对本院收治的未婚异位妊娠患者229例进行总结分析,并对其护理干预前后进行对比研究。结果行护理干预前100%患者有焦虑心理,90.8%患者有担忧心理,88.6%患者有恐惧心理,68.1%患者有孤独心理,93.8%患者对本病知识缺乏。护理干预后21.8%有患者焦虑心理,9.1%有患者担忧心理,14.4%有患者恐惧心理10.9%患者有孤独心理1.75%患者知识缺乏。结论通过对未婚异位妊娠患者进行护理干预,能提高患者对本病的认知程度,减轻对本病的不良心理反应,促进身心健康。

Objective To study the psychological status of unmarried ectopic pregnancy, provide the basis for psychological support, develop nursing measures. Methods From 2009 January to June 2011 years who were admitted to our hospital 229 cases of unmarried ectopic pregnancy patients were analyzed, and the comparison of before and after nursing intervention. Results The nursing intervention before 100% patients with anxiety, 90.8% patients with anxious psychology, 88.6% patients have fears, 68.1% patients with psychological loneliness, lack of knowledge of the disease in 93.8% patients. After the nursing intervention for 21.8% patients with anxiety, 9.1% patients with anxious psychology, 14.4% patients 10.9% patients fear loneliness mental. Conclusion Unmarried ectopic pregnancy patients nursing intervention can improve the patients, the disease cognition degree, reduce the adverse psychological reactions to this disease, promote physical and mental health。
