脑心通胶囊治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床分析

目的观察脑心通胶囊对急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效及血液流变学影响。方法选择发病72h以内的急性脑梗死患者150例,分为治疗组和对照组,观察脑心通胶囊治疗4周后的临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响。结果治疗组治疗4周后,神经功能缺损评分减少,与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);而且治疗组疗临床疗效有效率为84.62%,对照组有效率为66.67%,与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);各项血液流变学指标明显下降,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论脑心通胶囊治疗急性脑梗死疗效好,亦能有效降低血液粘度。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of NaoXinTong capsule on the patients of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on blood rheology. Methods Randomly selected 150 patients who had suffered from acute cerebral infarction within 72 hours, divided them into the therapy group and the control group, and four weeks later observed the difference in the clinical effect and the influence on blood rheology. Results Four weeks later, the medical papers neural function defect score decreased and there was significant statistical difference（P0.05）;the efficiency of the therapy group was 84.62%,while the control group was 66.67%,there existed significant statistical difference（P0.05）;each blood rheology index decreased and compared with the control group, the difference was obviouse （P0.05）.Conclusion NaoXinTong capsule can treat acute cerebral infraction with a good effect, and meanwhile decrease the blood viscosity effectively.
