摘要
企业家可以领导和完成经济含义上的“创新” ,推动知识的产业化。我国具有创新眼光与胆识的企业家十分缺乏 ,实施年薪制、股票期权、企业家市场和资本市场等制度安排 。
Entrepreneurs can lead and accomplish “innovation” in economic sense and give impetus to the industralization of knowledge. China now lacks entrepreneurs with creative ideas and insight. Therefore, it is necessary to implement the systems of yearly-paid salary, stock option as well as markets of entrepreneurs and capital to establish incentive and restraining mechanism for entrepreneurs with Chinese characteristics.
