摘要
90年代中期,美国经济稳步增长,失业率也降到了很低的水平。与此同时,很多大公司却开始大量减员。这种反常的现象用一般的理论很难解释。本文用最近发展起来的减员理论对此作了分析,同时指出减员的一些消极影响。文章最后对中国上市公司提出了一些建议。
In the mid 1 990 s,the American economy was growing atsteady,and its un- employment fell to a lowest level.At the same time,many strong firms had began to fire workers,it' s hard to understand with any conventional theory,We' ll analyze the phenomena with the theory of downsizing developed in recent years in this context.And we' ll show the side effectof downsizing.Propositions on corporations of China will be presented at the end.
