浅埋暗挖隧道双液注浆加固数值模拟分析 被引量:7

摘要 二重管无收缩双液注浆技术(WSS)是浅埋暗挖含水砂层隧道施工中的一种有效的预加固技术。文章研究了该技术在浅埋含水砂层隧道开挖中的加固机理,以广州地铁5号线珠江新城至猎德段隧道为例,利用三维有限差分软件对隧道开挖后的变形情况及塑性区进行模拟,分析了有无预加固措施对拱顶地面沉降的影响,认为二重管无收缩双液注浆技术能有效地控制含水砂层围岩的变形和地表沉降,减少隧道初期支护的变形和受力,以保证施工的安全;同时,也进一步论证了有限差分程序FLAC 3D在实际隧道工程分析中的适用性。 The technology of double pipe and non-shrinkage double liquid grouting is an effective method of pre-reinforcement in the shallow-buried water-bearing sand tunnel construction.In this paper,based on the reinforcement mechanism of this technology during the shallow-buried water-bearing sand tunnel excavation and taking the Zhujiang New Town-Liede section of Guangzhou No.5 Metro Line project as an example,the tunnel deformation and the plastic zone are simulated by using the three-dimensional finite difference software FLAC 3D.The effect of pre-reinforcement measures on the tunnel surface subsidence is analyzed.It is concluded that the technology of double pipe and non-shrinkage double liquid grouting can effectively control the deformation and surface subsidence of water-bearing sand tunnel,reduce the deformation and force of tunnel primary support,and ensure the construction safety.The applicability of the finite difference program FLAC 3D in actual tunnel engineering analysis is also demonstrated.
