FCRL3基因rs7522061位点多态性与类风湿性关节炎遗传易感性的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨类风湿性关节炎(RA)遗传易感性与FCRL3的单核苷酸多态性的关系。方法采用病例对照法,分别收集RA患者和正常对照各184例,通过连接酶检测反应方法检测FCRL3 rs7522061位点的基因型,分析基因型及等位基因频率在两组中的分布。结果 FCRL3 rs7522061位点的等位基因频率和基因型频率在病例组和对照组中的分布差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.815,P=0.367;χ2=0.865,P=0.649)。结论安徽省汉族RA患者遗传易感性与FCRL3rs7522061位点无关。
