摘要 顺苯磺酸阿曲库铵（cisatracurium,CIS）具有组胺释放较少,对心血管影响轻微的优势,但肌松起效时间较长限制了其在临床麻醉诱导过程中的使用。右美托咪定（dexmedetomidine,DEX）是一种高选择性α2受体激动剂,
