基于DMB的预警信息智能接收系统

摘要 提出了一种基于DMB(digital multi-media broadcasting)的灾害预警信息智能接收系统。该系统通过对DMB协议体系的研究,首次实现了基于DMB灾害预警的多媒体信息(文本、音频和视频)的实时接收,并针对区域选择性接收算法和反馈控制单元的研究设计,实现了预警信息的智能接收和通道匹配功能。通过对该系统的研究,改变了目前传统DAB(digital audio broadcasting)系统只能实现文本和音频的单一接收方式,并解决了区域性选择接收的技术难点,提高了预警信息接收的实时性、准确性和智能性。 An intelligent receiving system for disaster early warning information based on DMB was proposed.Through the study of DMB transmission protocol standard,real-time receiving scheme of multimedia information for disaster warning information was put forward,including text information,audio information and video information.Aimed at the research for the algorithm of region-selectivity of receiving and the design for feedback control unit,the function of intelligent receiving was realized.By the research of the system,single receiver mode DAB for text and audio information at present had been changed and multimedia receiver method of disaster early warning was achieved for the first time.Meanwhile,technical difficulty of region-selective receiving was settled.The receiving capability of disaster early warning was improved in real-time ability,accuracy and diversity.
