摘要
提出了一种加工曲轴定位中心孔的新工艺方法,即成品质量中心法,能够改善传统曲轴定心工艺的许多不足。采用逆向工程技术,获取曲轴毛坯曲臂部分的所有几何信息,然后依据动平衡特性,迭代搜索预测了曲轴成品质量中心轴线,从而实现曲轴成品质量中心定心法的关键算法。
A new processing method for the positioning of crankshaft′s central hole was proposed.It was called the centering method of product mass centre.It can overcome many traditional shortcomings in the crankshaft centering processing.Using reverse engineering technology,it can get all the geometry information for the crank.Then based on the dynamic balance characteristics,the mass center axis of the crankshaft product was found out through predicted central axis of the crankshaft product by iterative search.The method realized the key algorithm for searching central axis of the crankshaft product.
