Application of EIQ-ABC Analysis in Steel Logistics Center Planning

在传统的EIQ分析法和ABC分析法基础上,结合它们的优点,提出了一种新的物流中心订单资料定量分析方法,并结合某钢铁贸易公司的订单资料做出实际分析。该方法简化了物流中心规划中需求分析的难度,为物流中心规划者提供了一种新的订单资料分析方法。

Based on the traditional EIQ analysis and the traditional ABC analysis,a new quantitative analysis of order dates in the logistics center was proposed combining with advantages of EIQ analysis and ABC analysis.Actual analysis was then conduced with the order dates of a steel trading company.This approach simplifies the difficulty of needs analysis in logistics center planning;and it provides a new order date analysis method for the logistics planners.
