摘要
针对瓦楞纸板生产线原纸放卷张力控制实时性的要求,采用了广义预测自适应控制算法设计张力控制器。建立了张力控制系统模型,并进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,该控制器响应速度快、张力控制稳定,抑制扰动能力强,控制性能优于常规PID控制器。
Considering the real-time property of paper tension control in the production line for corrugated board,a tension controller was designed based on the arithmetic of generalized predictive adaptive control.A mathematical model of tension control system was established,and a simulation on it was conducted.The result shows that the adaptive controller has better control characteristics than the routine PID controller by its advantages of quick response,steady output and effective anti-interference.
