摘要
应用复杂领导力理论对领导力、组织文化与项目型组织的知识管理互动关系进行了研究。基于NK模型建立了三者关系的模拟模型,模拟结果表明,领导力可有效应对团队成员间关系复杂度的增加从而减少其对项目型组织知识管理绩效的负面影响;由于只有当组织具备一定领导力水平时,组织文化才能发挥对领导力的补充作用,因此项目型组织应该慎重选择组织文化建设的恰当时机,以便发挥领导力与文化的互补作用及对企业知识管理的促进作用,上述结论补充了已有的研究结果并给出了其限制条件。
With complex leadership theory,effects of interactions between leadership and culture of organization on the knowledge management for project-based organization were studied.The quantitative model based on NK model was proposed with simulation approach.Two indications were concluded from simulation experiments.Firstly,leadership has a positive effect on performance of knowledge management for project-based organization when the relationship among team members is very complex.Secondly,for organizational culture and leadership are complements only when the organization acquires a degree of leadership,the project-based organization must choose an appropriate time to build organizational culture during knowledge management.
