冠心平颗粒对金黄地鼠血脂与动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察冠心平颗粒对高脂血症金黄地鼠血脂及动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的影响。方法制备金黄地鼠高脂血症模型,随机分为模型组,辛伐他汀组,冠心平颗粒高、低剂量组,每组10只,继续饲以高脂饲料并给予相应药物。设普通饲料喂养金黄地鼠为对照组。分别于给药后4和8周末检测金黄地鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),苏木精-伊红(HE)染色观察冠状动脉及肝组织病理改变。结果与对照组比较,模型组金黄地鼠TC、TG、LDL-C明显增高(P<0.01);给予冠心平颗粒干预4和8周后,金黄地鼠TC、TG、LDL-C较模型组明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。病理检查表明,模型组弥漫性肝细胞变性,主动脉管壁弥漫性脂质沉积,管壁全层出现散在针状或泡沫状空隙,弹力纤维断裂,局部内皮细胞缺损。冠心平颗粒高、低剂量组在给予药物8周后,肝细胞变性程度和范围较模型组明显减轻,但主动脉管壁全层仍可见散在针状或泡沫状空隙,弹力纤维断裂。结论冠心平颗粒可有效调节血脂代谢,延缓或逆转冠状动脉粥样硬化进程,具有保护血管内皮细胞和改善血管内皮功能作用。 Objective To study the effects of guanxinping granules on carotid atherosclerosis plaque and blood lipid in mesocricitus auratus.Methods Fed mesocricitus auratus with high fat diet to establish a model of atherosclerosis(AS),with normal diet for the normal group.After four weeks,the AS rats were divided into model group,normal control group,low dose group,and high dose group.Rats were administered for 8 weeks.By the ends of 4 week and 8 week,cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) of serum were detected.The coronary artery and hepatic tissue were tested by using HE staining.Results Compared with the normal group,TC,TG,LDL-C of model group significant raised(P0.01).Guanxinping granules decreased the level of TC,TG,LDL-C,compared with the model group(P0.05,P0.01).The diffuse degeneration of liver cells and lipid deposition in aortic wall were found in the model group which mainly manifested as hyperlipidemia.And scattered acicular or foamy voids,elastic fiber breakage,and local endothelial cell defect occurred in wall full layer.After intervention with guanxinping granules for 8 weeks,lesions were significantly reduced compared with that in the model group,no active vascular wall diffuse and lipid deposition appeared.But the wall full layer was still scattered with acicular or foamy voids and elastic fiber breakage.Conclusion Guanxinping granules effectively regulate lipid metabolism,delay or reverse coronary atherosclerotic process,which protect vascular endothelial cells and improve endothelial dysfunction function.
