手助腹腔镜全直肠系膜切除术盆自主神经保护对排尿功能的影响

Effect of pelvic autonomic nerve preservation on urinary function in patients with rectal carcinoma undergoing hand-assisted laparoscopic total mesorectal excision

目的探讨手助腹腔镜全直肠系膜切除术中盆腔自主神经保护对患者术后排尿功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2011年1～9月应用手助腹腔镜完成的直肠癌全直肠系膜切除术患者的临床资料,观察术后排尿功能障碍的发生率。结果 45例患者术后近期排尿功能障碍发生率为11.11%,无远期排尿功能障碍。结论手助腹腔镜全直肠系膜切除术中盆腔自主神经的保护安全、可行,术中能更清晰地显露盆腔自主神经并予以保护,有效地降低术后排尿功能障碍的发生率。

Objective To evaluate the urinary function of patients with rectal carcinoma following hand-assisted laparoscopic total mesorectal excision with pelvic autonomic nerve preservation.Methods The urinary dysfunction rate of patients underwent the operation admitted from January to September 2011 were analysed retrospectively.Results The short-term urinary dysfunction rate was 11.11% in 45 cases of patients,who had not long-term urinary dysfunction.Conclusion Pelvic autonomic nerve preservation through hand-assisted laparoscopic total mesorectal excision is safety and feasible,and can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary dysfunction after operation.It is more easier for exposure and protection pelvic autonomic nerve in the operation.
