尿道、阴道、前列腺分泌物的细菌培养及其药敏分析

摘要 目的了解尿道、阴道及前列腺感染病原菌的分布,并分析其对抗生素的敏感性和耐药性特点,为临床用药提供参考。方法尿道、阴道及前列腺感染病原菌的分布采用API细菌鉴定及MIC药物药敏性检测。结果细菌感染率为41.9%(某些标本为两种细菌感染);主要感染细菌为革兰阳性菌及埃希氏菌属。革兰阳性菌对红霉素和克林霉素敏感度降低耐药性增高;革兰阴性菌对头孢噻肟和复方新诺明敏感度降低耐药性增高。结论不同病原菌对抗生素的敏感性和耐药性各不相同,应根据药敏结果选择使用抗菌药物;念珠菌属的检出率偏高。 Objective To understand the distribution of pathogenic bacteria infection on urethra,vagina and prostate,and analyze the sensitivity and medicine resistance against antibiotic to provide reference to clinical medication.Methods API identification of bacteria and MIC medicine sensitivity test was used.Results Bacteria infection rate was 41.9%(some samples were two kinds of bacterial infections);the major bacteria being infected was gram-positive bacteria and escherichia.The sensitivity of gram-positive bacteria against both erythrocin and clindamycin declined while the medicine resistance rose.The sensitivity of gram-positive bacteria against both ceftizoxime and chemitrim declined while the medicine resistance rose.Conclusion Different pathogenic bacteria have different medicine sensitivity and resistance to antibiotic,and antibacterial should be chosen depending on drug sensitivity test result.The relevant ratio of Candida was higher than others.
