摘要
目的探讨老年糖尿病患者的护理措施的作用。方法选择2009年9月～2010年9月本科收治的40例老年糖尿病患者的临床资料,对其进行饮食护理、用药护理、观察病情变化、并发症的护理及心理护理,观察护理效果。结果 40例患者经过上述精心护理,血糖控制良好,病情得到控制,均好转出院。结论护理是糖尿病治疗的重要一环,精心的护理有助于老年糖尿病患者的康复。
Objective To study the effect of care measures to elderly patients with diabetes.Methods The clinical data of 40 cases of elderly patients with diabetes from September 2009 to September 2010 in our hospital were chosen,all patients were treated with diet nursing,medication nursing,observing the change of the patient＇s condition,complications nursing and psychological care,observed the effects of nursing.Results After the intensive nursing,forty patients＇ blood glucose were controlled well and the diabetes condition was under control.All of them improved and discharge.Conclusion It is an important connection for elderly patients with diabetes with nursing,and intensive nursing can help the rehabilitation of elderly patients with diabetes.
