摘要
目的探讨在口腔内科学实习前培训中实施以问题为基础学习(problem-based learning,PBL)对实习生实习效果的影响。方法选择2004级口腔本科40名学生为实验组,在实习前培训进行PBL教学,另外40名学生为对照组,没有进行PBL教学。两组实习结束后,在理论、操作考试和患者及带教老师满意度方面进行比较。结果实验组的理论、操作考试和患者及带教老师满意度调查明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 PBL在实习前期的实施,明显提高了实习生的实习效果,提高了医院对实习生的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of the problem-based learning(PBL) model to pre-practice training of oral medicine.Methods In this study,forty trainee in 2004 who were considerded a experimental group,who received PBL,other forty trainee who were considerded as control group,who received traditional teaching method.The teaching effects were compared.Results The experimental group had higher scores of the oretical knowledge and technical operation than the control group(P 0.01).Patient and preceptor satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P 0.01).Conclusion Application of the PBL can significantly enhance the ability of clinical practice and improve the satisfaction of the hospitals.
