摘要
2011年卫生部召开全国医疗管理工作会议确定:以推进公立医院改革试点为重点,全面推进医疗管理工作。结合2011年4月卫生部启动以"服务好、质量好、医德好,群众满意"为主题的"三好一满意"活动,作为老年护理院,以群众满意为导向,在树医疗模式新目标、医德质量齐抓共管、标本兼顾便民为先和查漏堵疏全程监管等四方面,为医改提供推动力作了一些探索和思考。
In 2011 the national health medical management conference held to determine：in order to promote public hospital reform pilot as the key point,and promote medical management.Combined with the health ministry in April 2011 to launch the ＂good service,good quality,medical ethics,satisfy the crowd＂ as the theme of the ＂three good and one satisfied＂ activities,as old nursing center,in order to satisfy the crowd as the guidance,the tree in the new medical model,medical ethics management,the quality target both convenience for the people first and specimens of plugging the leak check and supervision of four aspects,provide for promoting medical stresses some explore and think about.
