酒依赖渴求理论及其神经环路机制的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 据一项调查显示,54%~72%的酒依赖患者存在对酒精强烈的渴望感,尤其是在临床治疗初期到恢复期的前12个月[1]。渴求对于酒依赖的临床治疗有着非常重要的意义,但关于其理论假说及神经环路机制方面的研究结果不一。
