摘要
为了解决低压(中压)主开关器件在高压应用情况下的矛盾,国外有许多学者提出了多电平逆变技术,并在静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)中有很好的应用。在对五电平STATCOM基本工作原理分析的基础上,利用开关函数的概念,建立五电平STAT-COM在ABC三相静止坐标系和DQ两相旋转坐标系下的高频数学模型,并通过系统仿真,验证了所建数学模型的正确性。同时,对五电平STATCOM的建模方法可推广应用于其他类似结构的电力电子电路的研究中。
In order to solve the difficulty in low-voltage ( medium-vohage ) main switch device applied to high-v01tage. Many authors abroad proposed multi-level inverter technology, and it has a good application in STATCOM. Based on the analysis of the basic working principle of the five-level STATCOM, the paper presents the mathematical model of five-level STATCOM in ABC stationary coordinate and DQ rotated coordinate by using the concept of switching function, And through the simulation, it verified the validity of the system model. The five-level STATCOM modeling method can be applied to the study of other similar power electronic circuits at the same time.
