连云港农村外来婚嫁妇女艾滋病感染与认知现状调查

Investigation on status of human immunodeficiency virus infection among immigrant women in rural areas of Lianyungang city

目的了解连云港农村外来婚嫁妇女艾滋病(HIV)感染状况及其对艾滋病的认知情况。方法采用入户面对面调查,采集静脉血检测HIV抗体,同时随机抽977人进行问卷调查。结果连云港市农村地区外来婚嫁妇女80.66%来自云南、贵州和四川3省;检出HIV阳性者21例,感染率为0.24%,其中夫妻间传播8例,夫妻二代传播发生率为38.10%,母婴传播发生率为14.29%;认知调查表明,这些外来婚嫁妇女对艾滋病相关知识的知晓率较高,有12.78%有过危险性行为,婚外性生活时安全套使用率为56.69%。结论应建立一种长效机制,及时掌握外来婚嫁妇女的相关信息,加强对外来婚嫁妇女的HIV检测和健康教育,并结合VCT常规工作实施必要的婚前和产前筛查,尽早发现感染者。

Objective To understand the status of human immunodeficiency virus（HIV） infection among immigrant women in rural areas of Lianyungang city.Methods A face-to-face investigation was conducted through household visit,and the blood samples were collected for HIV antibody test,in the meanwhile,977 persons who selected by randomly took part in a questionnaire survey.Results There were 80.66% immigrant women in rural areas came from Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan Provinces,21 infections were detected with HIV-positive,the prevalence for HIV was 0.24%（21/8833）.Eight of whom transmitted by husbands to wife or wife to husband;the prevalence of horizontal transmission in couples was 38.10%;the prevalence was 14.29% by vertical transmission.It was shown that the knowledge rate of awareness about HIV/AIDS was higher in women,12.78% of them had risk sexual behavior;condom use rate was 56.69% when had sex intercourse with non-spouse.Conclusion A long-term mechanism for management should be established to discover infections as early as possible by knowing the relevant information of immigrant women,enforcing HIV detection and health education,integrating with routine work of VCT to carry out screening for pre-married and prenatal women.
