摘要
从正确评价管理者经营业绩、调动管理者积极性角度出发 ,分析比较了管理者经营业绩三种评价方法 ,以期对企业建立考核体系有所帮助。
This paper analyses and compares three kinds of methods based on how to evalvate correctly manager's operating results and how to stimulate the activities of the managers, in order to offer some benefits for the building of the evaluating system.
