新课改背景下教师职业倦怠的对策研究

摘要 随着教育事业的不断发展和新课程改革的不断深化,教师所承受的工作压力与日俱增。长期的高压工作下,教师职业倦怠问题日益浮现出来,成为影响教师身心状态的一个不容忽视的问题。本文主要研究教师职业倦怠的对策,以期帮助教师更好的避免职业倦怠的产生,并将其危害降低到最小程度。
