在分析高校图书馆创新服务体系重要性的基础上,剖析了服务创新的概念、内涵及特点,设计了高校图书馆服务创新的模型,论证了高校图书馆服务创新体系的构建,具体阐述了服务创新中的服务理念的创新、服务内容的创新、服务方式的创新以及人力资源管理的创新。

Afier analyzing the importance of creative service system in higher school＇ s library, this paper introduced the defi- nition, inner content and characteristic of service creation. Also, the service creation mode was put forward, which proved the construction of service creation system in higher school＇ s library. This paper explained in detail the creation in service idea, service content, service mode as well as in the management of human resource.
