引流术结合药物口服治疗高位蹄铁型肛瘘疗效观察

Drainage combined with oral medication treatment of high anal fistula horseshoe-type efficacy

目的观察引流术结合药物口服治疗高位蹄铁型肛瘘的疗效。方法高位蹄铁型肛瘘患者80例根据入院顺序平分为两组,治疗组与对照组各40例,两组首先都采用引流术治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上加用口服中药治疗。结果经过治疗后,治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,治疗组的临床疗效明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的肉芽组织开始生长时间、内外口愈合时间都明显短于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过观察,治疗组与对照组在术后流脓、疼痛、瘙痒方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论引流术结合药物口服治疗高位蹄铁型肛瘘能提高治疗疗效,缩短肛瘘愈合时间,且安全性好,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the drainage combined with oral medication treatment of high anal fistula horseshoe-type effect.Methods High anal fistula horseshoe-type of 80 patients were divided into two groups according to order of admission levels,treatment group and control group of 40 patients,two groups had adopted the first drainage treatment,patients in this treatment group based on the use of oral medicine treatment.Results After treatment,total effective rate was 97.5% in the control group,the total effective rate was 80.0%,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P 0.05）.Treatment group time granulation tissue began to grow,both inside and outside the wound healing time was significantly shorter than the control group,there was significant differences（P 0.05）.After observation,the treatment group and control group in postoperative pus,pain,itching,there was no significant difference（P 0.05）.Results The drainage combined with oral medication treatment of high anal fistula horseshoe type can improve curative effect and shorten the healing time of anal fistula,and it is safety,should be widely applied.
