扎冲十三味丸治疗脑梗死60例临床观察

Clinical observation on Karzai Shisan Pill to treat 60 cases of cerebral infarction patients

目的研究分析扎冲十三味丸的主要药理作用以及在临床上对患者的治疗效果。方法选取本院2010年6月～2011年4月收治的脑梗死患者100例,随机分为两组,将其中60例设为治疗组,临床给予扎冲十三味丸治疗;另一组设为对照组,根据患者情况给予常规扩血管以及控制血压等对症药物进行治疗,两组患者的疗程均为4周,根据两组患者的临床效果进行观察分析。结果经过临床效果观察发现,研究组在使用扎冲十三味丸后,患者治疗脑梗死效果相较于使用常规药物的患者效果明显,两组比较差异具有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),两组患者均无不良反应发生。结论通过对扎冲十三味丸的药品成分、药理学作用以及在临床上的应用观察得出结论,表明该药对改善脑血液循环,增加脑血容量有明显效果作用,帮助患者早日恢复健康,值得临床推广。

Objective To study and analyse the main pharmacological functions and clinical treatment effect of Karzai Shisan Pill to patients.Methods One hundred cases patients with cerebral infarction were selected in our hospital from June 2010 to April 2011,and all patients were randomly divided into two groups,including the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given Karzai Shisan Pill in clinical,the control group was given the symptomatic treatment of regular expansion blood vessels and control blood pressure drugs according to the circumstance of patients,the courses of treatment between two groups were all 4 weeks,the clinical effects of two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The clinical effect was observed after treatment,the effect in treatment group after giving Karzai Shisan Pill was better than that in the control group with the conventional treatment,there were significant differences between two groups（P 0.01）,there was no untoward effect between the two groups.Conclusion Karzai Shisan Pill can improve brain blood circulation increase the cerebral blood volume,and help patients recover soon by observing its ingredients,pharmacological action and clinical application which is worthy of clinical promotion.
