护理措施对肺癌患者生存质量影响观察

目的观察护理措施对肺癌患者生存质量的影响。方法回顾性分析本院2011年1～6月诊治的60例肺癌患者的临床资料,应用生活质量核心量表EORTCQI、Q-C30对60例肺癌患者在护理干预前后的生活质量进行对比和分析。结果在给予护理干预后,肺癌患者的总体健康状况明显好转,而症状及特异性项目减轻,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理支持、护患沟通、饮食指导、对症护理及社会心理支持等护理活动可显著提高肺癌患者的生存质量。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing on quality of life in patients with lung cancer.Methods Analyzed the clinical data of 60 cases of lung cancer patients in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2011 retrospectively,the life quality before and after intervention of the 60 cases were analyzed with life quality core scale EORTC QI,Q-C30.Results After the nursing intervention,the overall health of patients had a significant improvement,symptoms and specific projects reduced,the difference was significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The psychological support,nurse patient communication,dietary guidance,symptomatic nursing,social psychological support and other care activities can significantly enhance life quality of lung cancer patients.
