湖北省少数民族地区宫颈病变患者hrHPV检测分析

Analysis of hrHPV of patients with cervical lesions in ethnic minority areal of Hubei Provincial

目的调查湖北省少数民族地区子宫颈病变(CIN)患者高危型人乳头瘤病毒(hrHPV)的感染情况,探讨hrHPV感染与CIN的关系。方法采用第二代杂交捕获技术(HC2)和荧光定量PCR方法检测252例不同类型CIN患者的13种hrHPV感染情况。结果 252例CIN患者,慢性宫颈炎、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ的hrHPV感染率分别为18.2%、59.4%、80.6%和86.9%。结论湖北民族省少数民族地区CIN患者hrHPV感染阳性检出率较高;hrHPV病毒载量与宫颈病变程度呈正相关。

Objective To investigate the infection of hrHPV in patients with cervical lesions in ethnic minority areal of Hubei Provincial.Explored the relationship between hrHPV infection and CIN.Methods Thirteen types of hrHPV DNA in 252 cases were detected by Hybrid Capture 2（HC2） and FQ-PCR assay.Results In 252 cases of CIN patients,chronic cervicitis,CIN Ⅰ,CIN Ⅱ,CIN Ⅲ of hrHPV infection rates were 18.2%,59.4%,80.6% and 86.9%.Conclusion The high infection of hrHPV in CIN patients in ethnic minority areal of Hubei Provincial,hrHPV viral load and cervical lesions are positively correlated.
