摘要
本文对广义和狭义的企业技术联盟概念进行了分析,并从技术开发资源、新技术开发系统的构建、联盟的灵活性、生产和技术贸易形式等方面讨论了企业技术联盟的本质,指出企业为了不增加组织费用,愿意选择合作形式进行技术开发。
A broad and a narrow sense of the technical alliance of enterprise is analysed in the paper. The essence of the technical alliance of enterprise is discussed around the resources of technical development, the build of a new system of technical developmen, the flexibility of the alliance and the form of production and trade. Enterprises wishes choosing the collaborration form in technical developmen for no increasing organizational expenses. This forms the development motive force of the technical alliance of enterprise.
