川芎对衰老小鼠超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛及羟自由基的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察川芎对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠血中超氧化物歧化酶活力、丙二醛含量和抑制羟自由基能力的影响,从抗氧化和清除自由基的角度综合探讨川芎延缓衰老的作用。方法选择成年昆明种小鼠皮下注射D-半乳糖建立衰老模型,川芎治疗组用川芎提取液按中等剂量12g/kg给小鼠灌胃,连续灌胃21d;各组大鼠到相对应的时间点后测定血中超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛和抑制羟自由基能力。结果与正常对照组相比,衰老模型组大鼠血中超氧化物歧化酶和抑制羟自由基能力均显著降低(P<0.01),丙二醛含量明显升高(P<0.01);与衰老模型组和生理盐水对照组相比,川芎治疗组血中超氧化物歧化酶和抑制羟自由基能力均显著升高(P<0.01),丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.01)。结论川芎起到降低羟自由基,提高机体抗氧化能力,具有延缓衰老的作用。 Objective . To study Rhizoma Chuanxiong on the superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde and hydroxyl radical in blood aging model mice. Methods The aging model mice was established by injection of D - galactose. The mice Rhizoma Chuanxiong treatment group were perfusing stomach with Rhizoma Chuanxiong for 21 d; the superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde and hydroxyl radical in blood were detected. Results The malondialdehyde in blood of aging model mice was significantly increased than that in control group,but the activities of superoxide dismutase and hydroxyl radical were significantly decreased than that in control group. After Rhizoma Chuanxiong intervention, the malondialde- hyde in blood of the Rbizoma Chuanxiong group was significantly decreased compared with the model of aging group respectively, but the activities of superoxide dismutase and hydroxyl radical were significantly increased. Conclusion Rhizoma Chuanxiong possess the reliable function of eliminating free radicals in D -galactose induced aging model mice.
