摘要 介绍205/50R16 91W高性能轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径610mm,断面宽217mm,行驶面宽度176mm,行驶面弧度高8mm,胎圈着合直径404.6mm,胎圈着合宽度178mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.96,采用非对称性有向花纹设计,花纹深度8.2mm,花纹周节数35,花纹饱和度70%。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用1400dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布,带束层采用2+2×0.3HT钢丝帘线;采用一次法成型机成型,双模定型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和脱圈阻力均符合相应设计和国家标准要求,耐久性能、低气压性能和高速性能符合企业标准要求。 A design of 205/50R16 91W high performance passenger car radial tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken, overall diameter 610 mm, cross sectional width 217 mm,width of running surface 176 mm,height of running surface 8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 404.6 mm,bead width at rim seat 178 mm,cross-sectional level ratio (H1/H2) 0.96, with the design of unsymmetrical directed pattern,pattern depth 8.2 mm,pattern circular pitch 35, block/groove ratio 70%. In construction design, the following processes were taken, three-formula and four-piece extruded tread, 1400dtex/2 dipped nylon 66 cord for carcass ply, 2 q- 2 X 0.3HT steel cord for belt ply;using single stage building machine to build tires,and using double mold shaping cu- ring press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that,the inflated peripheral di- mension, strength performance and bead unseating resistance met the requirements of relative design and national standard, and the endurance performance, low air pressure and high speed performance met the requirements of enterprise standard.
