摘要
对氮气硫化工艺和过热水硫化工艺在半钢子午线轮胎生产中的应用进行对比,并对氮气硫化工艺中出现的问题进行研究。结果表明:通过对中心机构喷嘴和喷射角度的调整,硫化胶囊上下模温差基本控制在5℃以内;通过对氮气排凝工艺的优化,缩短氮气排凝时间2/5,并使单胎耗氮量降低10%。
Application of nitrogen gas curing process in semi-steel radial tire production was compared with over-heated water curing process, and the problems during the nitrogen gas curing were in- vestigated. The results showed that, through the adjustment of the nozzle and its injection angle in the center mechanism, the range of temperature changing between the upper and lower molds was controlled within 5 ℃ ,and the condensate draining time was shortened by 2/5 by optimizing the process of nitrogen condensate draining,which reduced the nitrogen consumption of one tire by 10%.
