多式联运作为一种联合运输的方式,将不同的运输方式有机地组合在一起,构成连续的综合性的一体化货物运输。从系统论的角度分析多式联运既符合供应链管理的思想,亦具备供应链管理的特点,主要探讨了多式联运的供应链管理模式。

Multimodal transport as a combined transport way,the different modes of transport are organically combined together,form a continuous,comprehensive integration of cargo transport.From the angle of system theory analysis of multimodal is consistent with the idea of supply chain management,but also possess the characteristics of supply chain management,this paper mainly discusses the multimodal management mode of supply chain.
