On the Construction of Network Culture Security System Under the Strategy of "Culture Strong Province" in Zhejiang

构建网络文化安全体系对浙江省"文化强省"建设目标的实现意义重大。文章从文化学、传播学的视角,对网络文化生态、文化主权、非传统安全等网络文化安全的具体领域进行分析,探索构建网络文化安全评价机制、预警机制和干预机制的对策和路径,维护网络文化的安全和可持续发展。

It＇s quite significant to build the network culture security system which is helpful to achieve the aim of ＂Culture Strong Province＂ in Zhejiang. This article analyzed the cultural ecology,cultural sovereign,nontraditional security and the cultural security of network from the perspectives of cultural studies and communications,which is relevant to specific areas of cultural security. Meanwhile,it explored the ways to build the cultural security evaluation mechanism of the netwrok,the early warning mechanisms and intervention strategies and paths to maintain the network security and sustainable development of culture.
