摘要 食品安全是食品质量与安全专业的核心课程,是一门综合性和实践性很强的学科。针对该课程的实验教学现状,文章在CDIO教育理念的基础上,从转变实验教学观念、完善实验内容、改进教学方法及优化考核评价体系等方面对食品安全实验教学体系进行了探索,以期培养具有创新能力和实践能力的高素质人才。通过这些教学改革与尝试,学生对专业知识的掌握更加牢固,取得了较好的教学效果。 Food Safety,a core course for Food Quality and Safety Major,is a comprehensive and practical subject. This study mainly explored the experimental teaching system of Food Safety based on CDIO educational theory. With the goal of cultivating high-quality personnel with innovative spirit and practical ability,the transformation of experimental teaching concepts,the perfection of test contents,the improvement of teaching methods ,and the optimization of evaluation system were discussed. The teaching reforms would help to improve the quality of food safety experimental teaching and cultivate more high-quality students.
