Collaborative Relationships across Supply Chain Based on CPFR

合作计划、预测与补给 (CPFR)是近年来提出的供应链管理方面的一个新模式 ,对于供应链伙伴改善合作关系 ,提高消费者满意程度 ,提高预测准确度和供应链效率和减少库存等均有重要的意义。本文论述了CPFR的概念和过程模型 ,分析和研究了基于CPFR的供应链合作伙伴关系和合作企业价值观。

Collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment (CPFR) is a new mode of supply chain management. It is of great significance to the improvement of partnership and customer satisfaction, enhancement of forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency, and reduction of inventory. The concept and process model of CPFR are described in this paper. The collaborative relationship and corporate values across supply chain based on CPFR are analyzed and studied.
