摘要
《劳动合同法》实施已经对地方性高校大学生就业产生了深远的影响。目前地方性高校因自身发展中的"短板"因素使《劳动合同法》冲击性影响突显,致使其就业困境加剧。针对于此,地方性高校必须以就业市场和地方发展需求为导向,调整人才培养方式,提高竞争力;大力开拓就业市场,扩大品牌效应;加强就业观念引导;加大就业法制教育和法律帮助力度,以化困境为机遇。
Implement of Labor Contract Law has a profound influence on local graduates' employment, and the influence is high- lighted by the "soft spot" in the development of local universities and leads to predicament of local universities students' employment . With the demand of market and employment, local universities should regard predicament as opportunity by adjusting the ways of tal ents training in a bid for higher competitiveness, extensively expanding the market of employment to develop strong and popular brand, guiding the students to have correct thoughts about employment and strengthening legal education and aid,
