A New Challenge for Party Building in Rural Area: How to Solve the Problem of Joining the Party Politically of the Rural Party Members

农村党组织是新农村建设的领导核心,也是维护农村稳定的第一道防线。由于各种原因,目前农村部分党员政治信念淡薄、政治意志衰退等问题日渐突出。在坚持思想入党原则的基础上,明确提出党员政治入党的要求,采取有效措施重点提高农民党员政治素质,已经成为加强农村党建的新课题。

The rural grass-roots Party organizations is the leadership core of new countryside construction and the first line of defense for maintaining stability in rural areas.For various reasons,these problems stand out increasingly,such as the political belief of some rural Party members has been weakening;their political has been failing.Adhering to the principle of joining the Party earnestly,we should clearly require Party members join the Party politically and take effective measures so as to focus on improving the political quality of the rural Party members,which has been a new challenge for Party building in rural area.
