摘要
保障房关系到国计民生,但是受现实条件的影响,如何让保障房在有效面积内实现最佳的设施配置,满足家庭的日常居住需求,是保障房建设和规划中一直面临着的难题。本文结合设计经验,分析如何实现保障房的最优规划与设计的方法。
