脑干肿瘤的单纯放疗和术后放疗观察

Observation of radiotherapy alone and postoperative radiotherapy in the treatment of brain stem tumor

目的:观察脑干肿瘤患者分别进行单纯放疗与术后放疗的临床效果。方法:回顾我院2002年10月～2006年12月,我科收治的100例脑干肿瘤患者临床资料,将其随机分为A、B两组,每组各50例,对A组50例患者进行手术治疗加术后放疗,对B组50例患者采取单纯放疗,并对两组相应放疗吸收剂量(DT)疗效进行对比。结果:A组疗效明显优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且DT在50和55 Gy时疗效最佳。结论:脑干肿瘤患者应用手术治疗加术后放疗,疗效确切,应予临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of radiotherapy alone and postoperative radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with brain stem tumor.Methods： 100 patients with brain stem tumor admitted in our department of our hospital from October 2002 to December 2006 were analyzed retrospectively and randomly divided into group A and group B,with 50 patients in each group.The 50 patients in group A received postoperative radiology while the 50 patients in group B received radiology alone.The corresponding DT（radiation absorbed dose） effects of the two groups were compared.Results： Group A was significantly superior to group B in the curative effects（P0.05） and showed the best DT effects in 50-55 Gy.Conclusion： The application of surgical treatment plus postoperative radiotherapy in patients with brain stem tumor has accurate effects,thereby worthy of clinical promotion.
