普外患者的适应与自我护理能力、社会支持相关性研究

The correlational research on the adapting and self-nursing ability and social support of general surgery patients

目的:探讨普外手术患者的适应与自我护理能力和社会支持的相关性,为普外手术患者的护理提供理论基础。方法:普外手术后患者50例分别采用适应与自我护理能力量表和社会支持量表进行得分调查统计,分析其相关性。结果 :普外手术患者的适应与自我护理能力的总分为(110.52±20.52)分,普外手术患者的社会支持总分为(64.22±10.09)分,普外手术患者适应与自我护理能力总分和各维度得分、社会支持总分和各维度得分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:普外手术患者的适应与自我护理能力处于中等水平,普外手术患者的适应与自我护理能力与社会支持水平呈正相关。

Objective： To investigate the correlation of the ability of adapting and self-nursing and social support of general surgery patients for providing a theoretical basis for general nursing of general surgery patients.Methods： 50 cases of patients after general surgery were used the adapting and self-nursing ability scale scores and social support scale for surveying,its correlation was analyzed.Results： The total score of the adapting and self-nursing was（110.52±20.52） scores,and the social support total score was（64.22±10.09） scores,the total score of the adapting and self-nursing and the score of each segment were positively correlated with the social support total score and each segment score（P0.05）.Conclusion： The general surgery patients′ adapting and self-nursing are at a medium level,the general surgery patients′ level of the adapting and self-nursing ability are positively correlated with the social support level.
