中老年体检者幽门螺杆菌阳性率分析及群体阳性预估方法探讨

Study of Helicobacter Pylori positive rate analysis of middle-aged volunteers and estimating methods of group positive rate

目的获取中老年体检者幽门螺杆菌阳性率,对中老年群体的幽门螺杆菌阳性率进行预估。方法采用13C-尿素呼气试验对765例中老年体检者的幽门螺杆菌阳性情况进行检测,采用计算机迭代学习统计方法预估群体阳性率。结果随着体检者年龄的增长,幽门螺杆菌阳性率有增长趋势,男性感染者的比例略高于女性。结论迭代学习统计方法可以对中老年群体幽门螺杆菌阳性率进行预估,为群体性感染的估计和预防提供了手段。

Objective To get Helicobacter Pylori positive rate of middle-aged volunteers,and give a kind of iterative learning statistical methods for estimating the Helicobacter Pylori positive rate of older persons.Methods On the basis of analysis of the positive rate of detection methods,13^C-urea breath test was used in 765 middle-aged volunteers to detect Helicobacter Pylori positive.Results Helicobacter Pylori positive rate grew with the age of the volunteers,and the proportion of men was slightly higher than that of the women.Conclusion The iterative learning statistics methods can be used to predict Helicobacter Pylori positive rate,provide a means of prevention for estimating Helicobacter Pylori of the group.
