金双歧治疗极低出生体重儿喂养不耐受的观察

Observation of Jinshuangqi in the treatment of feeding intolerance of very low birth weight infants

目的探讨双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片(金双歧)治疗极低出生体重儿喂养不耐受的临床疗效。方法将极低出生体重儿喂养不耐受60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规对症护理与治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予双歧杆菌四联活菌喂奶口服或鼻饲金双歧,干预周期为5 d。结果经过治疗后,治疗组和对照组的胃潴留和腹胀平均消失时间分别为(2.03±0.36)、(2.36±0.42)d;(5.36±1.11)、(6.00±0.95)d,治疗组的胃潴留和腹胀消失时间均明显少于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组的平均恢复出生体重需要时间和住院天数分别为(8.32±3.63)、(10.26±5.23)d;(16.58±4.23)、(25.36±6.21)d,治疗组的恢复出生体重需要时间和住院天数均明显少于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论金双歧治疗极低出生体重儿喂养不耐受能尽快从静脉营养过度到胃肠营养,加快极低出生体重儿的体重增长,促进胃潴留和腹胀症状的消失,缩短住院时间,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets（Jinshuangqi） in the treatment of feeding intolerance of very low birth weight infants.Methods 60 cases of very low birth weight infants with feeding intolerance were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care and symptomatic treatment,the treatment group was given oral Viable Bifidobacterium Tablets or nasogastric Jinshuangqi on the basis of control group,with intervention period of 5 d.Results After treatment,the gastric retention and bloating mean disappearance time in the treatment group and control group were（2.03±0.36）,（2.36±0.42） d;（5.36±1.11）,（6.00±0.95） d respectively,the gastric retention and bloating disappeared time of treatment group were significantly less than the control group（P〈0.05）.The average time of regaining birth weight and hospital stay in the treatment group and control group were（8.32±3.63）,（10.26±5.23） d;（16.58±4.23）,（25.36±6.21） d respectively,the average time of regaining birth weight and hospital stay in the treatment group were significantly less than the control group（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Jinshuangqi in treating very low birth weight infants of feeding intolerance can change parenteral nutrition as soon as possible into gastrointestinal nutrition,speed up the weight increasing of very low birth weight infants,promote the disappearance of gastric retention and bloating symptoms,and shorter hospital stay,which is worthy of promotion.
