摘要
目的探讨治疗复发性流产的最佳治疗方法。方法将我院确诊为复发性流产的患者90例随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,每组各30例。Ⅰ组使用主动免疫疗法,Ⅱ组使用被动免疫疗法,Ⅲ组使用中医中药疗法,然后对三组进行治疗效果对比分析。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的分娩成功率要明显高于Ⅲ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而Ⅰ、Ⅱ组临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对复发性流产患者采取主动免疫治疗可以获得较好临床治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the optimal treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods 90 patients with the diagnosis of recurrent spontaneous abortion were randomly divided into groupⅠ,group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ,each group of 30 patients.Group Ⅰ was given active immunotherapy,group Ⅱ was given passive immunotherapy,group Ⅲ was given traditional Chinese medicine therapy,and treatment effects of 3 groups were analyzed.Results The success rate of groupⅠ and group Ⅱ were significantly higher than that of group Ⅲ,which showed significant differences（P〈0.05）.The clinical effect of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were not significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with recurrent miscarriage immunotherapy can take the initiative to obtain better clinical results.
